Your account and your media

Keep your credentials private. Submit only media you own or have permission to process, including the permissions needed for the people and voices in it. Do not impersonate someone, misrepresent altered media as an authentic recording, or use the service unlawfully, abusively or deceptively. Do not bypass account, trial or processing controls.

Preview and review

Conversion can change voice, pronunciation and wording. Review your preview and any full result for accuracy and suitability before publishing. A preview is up to eight seconds, once per verified account, subject to shared-network and capacity limits. No paid credits are used for that preview. Processing time varies; no exact turnaround or identical-voice guarantee is offered.

Credits and subscription renewal

One credit represents one source-video minute for one output, including silence. Full conversions round up to 0.01 credit, with a 0.01 minimum. Monthly credits are used first and expire at the end of the paid period without rollover. Purchased credits do not expire and remain spendable after ordinary cancellation; buying new extras requires an active paid plan.

Confirming a conversion holds its quoted credits. A verified usable stored result captures them once. A definitive failure or positively reconciled cancellation releases the hold to its original grants without reviving expired monthly credits. An uncertain outcome stays held for reconciliation. A checkout return alone does not prove payment.

Cancel subscription renewal in your billing portal to retain current-period access until that period ends. Plan changes are unavailable. We do not offer a separate quality-refund guarantee; the processing-failure and credit-release rules still apply. Applicable rights remain unaffected. See prices and billing details.

Deletion and work in progress

Account deletion requests immediate permanent subscription cancellation without an automatic refund, proration or final invoice. It revokes sessions, removes sign-in/profile information and coordinates media cleanup. Unresolved payments, processing, credit obligations or cleanup can require recovery before completion. Deletion during processing does not by itself prove cancellation or release a credit hold.

Limited retention

Sources expire after 24 hours, ready previews after seven days and ready full results after 30 days. Keep your original and download results before expiry. Media storage is not permanent archival storage. Physical cleanup can take longer while active work or unresolved recovery protects necessary objects; financial and security history can remain.
