Know what a minute means.

Each output counts the whole source

One credit covers one minute of source video for one output, including pauses and silence. The charge rounds up to 0.01 minute (0.6 seconds), with a minimum of 0.01 minute. For example, a 60.1-second source uses 1.01 credits for one full output. A second output uses its own full-source credits.

A free preview is optional and uses its own allowance, never paid credits. The limit is one free generation per verified account for its lifetime and one per network in a rolling 24 hours, with additional verification and capacity limits. Replaying a stored preview does not create another generation.

Monthly credits and extra credits

Monthly plan credits are used first. They expire at the end of the paid billing period and do not roll over. Purchased extras never expire and remain spendable after ordinary subscription cancellation. Buying new extras requires an active paid plan. Stored video still has its own retention deadline; unused credits do not keep a file stored forever.

When credits are held or charged

Confirming a full conversion reserves the quoted credits. The reservation reduces the available balance while processing is unresolved. A verified usable result stored for that conversion captures the reservation once. A definitive failure releases it to the original grants; an expired monthly grant does not become spendable again. An uncertain result remains held while it is reconciled.

A fenced cancellation before dispatch releases the reservation. After dispatch, a usable stored result can still capture credits even if cancellation or deletion was requested during processing. Returning from a checkout page does not grant credits; verified billing records determine the balance.

Cancellation and account deletion

Ordinary subscription cancellation preserves current-period access until the paid period ends. Plan changes are currently unavailable. Account deletion instead requests immediate permanent subscription cancellation, without an automatic refund, proration or final invoice. Existing financial history and unresolved obligations are preserved for reconciliation.

We do not offer a separate quality-refund guarantee. The processing-failure and credit-release rules above still apply. Applicable rights remain unaffected.
